Chad closes the two highest sales in So Cal for 2012

I represented the buyer on the two highest sales for 2012 in Southern California.

56 Beverly Park in Beverly Hills sold for $21,750,000 and 7377 Birdview Avenue in Malibu sold for $21,000,000 per the Multiple Listing Service.
