I think you have an accurate sense of pricing. I find David Canter’s choice of words a bit offensive.
An open house under supervision is one thing. To open up a property and allow people to come in and free-for-all is irresponsible and certainly not in the clients best interest. Chad would never be so inconsiderate. (Oh, well at least they did not steal the paintings off the wall like someone we know).
